    Insurance Release

    Before your insurance company can retrieve your vehicle the following steps have to be followed:


    1. Proof of ownership: Vehicle title, Vehicle registration, Memorandum title
    2. Valid driver's License and/or Government issued Identification card (passport, state issued ID card)
    3. If a "HOLD" has been placed on your vehicle by any law enforcement department you must obtain a release from that department before your vehicle can be released to you
    4. Fill out our impound release form
    5. All fees must be paid at this time


    

    Belongings

    To retrieve your belongings out of the impounded vehicle the following steps have to be followed:


    1. Proof of ownership: Vehicle title, Vehicle registration, Memorandum title
    2. Valid driver's License and/or Government issued Identification card (passport, state issued ID card)

     Customer Release
